Its outdated system for registering requests for repairs or replacements of payment terminals and other Česká spořitelna devices from their clients had to be replaced. A solution was sought which had the option of integrating with the Česká spořitelna information system, offered mobile apps for service technicians for fieldwork, monitoring the status of requests, measuring SLAs and allowing complete reporting and transparency.

El Corte Inglés is the largest retail group in Spain and world leader amongst department stores. With over 70 years of experience, from its beginnings the group has maintained a policy of customer services and continuous adaptation in order to meet the desires and needs of society.
They achieved higher motivation through every sales person continuously being able to see in a clear dashboard how they are doing in meeting their targets, while also seeing how their colleagues are doing. By using Salesforce, Studenta Media has simplified its whole system for managing business cases, speeded up and automated reporting and last but not least sales people have all the data they need available to them all the time.
Studenta Media chose Salesforce CRM to manage business processes for one principal reason: they needed to have a complete overview of their business activities in real time. Another important reason was motivation for their sales team, and facilitating their daily work.
A customised Gantt diagram is used for planning, overlapping in timeframe with a resources allocation table. Planning is divided into internal purposes and an external read-only view for customers who see information on their project on their customer website (Salesforce communities). The system includes the creation of assembly documents generated from data stored in Salesforce. For employees, a mobile app was also developed on the Salesforce 1 platform for approving timesheets and sending holiday requests. The app is also directly linked to the project management module.
D2Automation is a company working in industrial automation, producing single-purpose machines and automatic assembly lines. Stress is placed on production management, which a large part of the Salesforce implementation was focused on. Project phases are managed from a time and planned resources perspective.
